Service

How I am involved in service in my community and why these efforts are important to me:

Work with elementary children serving as a mentor
Volunteer at Christus St Catherine Hospital
Member of National Honor Society
Member of Good Sportsmanship League

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. One example of how I have demonstrated leadership in both areas:

Would like to continue to be involved with children, giving them a good example of how to live a good and healthy life and make good choice. Also show how sports can impact a childs life in a positive way and giving them the tools to be successful in life.

How I pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete:

Take good care of my body by eating right, getting proper rest, drinking lots of water. Always stretching before and after workouts and working hard to stay in shape.
