Leadership has always been an important aspect of my life, not only with sports, but with everything that I do. I am a firm believer of leading by example. I perform to the best of my abilities and expect those I work with to do the same. On the field I helped lead my team to win 3 consecutive division championships. I earned the title of offensive MVP of one of those championships, and was named all-European the past two years as well. Off the field I try to make just as much of an impact. I am currently vice president of my class, a member of the National Honor Society, and I sit on the state board for the Future Business Leaders of America.
In order to pursue healthy athletic performance, I make sure to train year round and stay at top physical condition. It is always a priority of mine to make sure that I could be ready for a football game during any time of the year. In addition to football, I keep myself active in a number of athletic activities. Every day after school you can find me working out in the weight room, and the German soccer club I play for trains year round. I feel that I'm not fully pursuing healthy athletic performance, unless I'm in exemplary shape every day of the year.
