Service

How I am involved in service in my community and why these efforts are important to me:

I am actively invovled in the community by helping out at additional basketball camps for children where I help them improve on various skills. Also my involvement in the community ranges from helping with the special needs program in St. Catharines which was called The Gate.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. One example of how I have demonstrated leadership in both areas:

The vision I have for my future service in my community is to have further involvment and try to help out as much as possible. I would like to work with all ages from young to the elderly.

How I pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete:

I pursure a healthy athletic performance as a student athlete by being actively involved in all sports at my school. (volleyball, soccer, basketball, rowing etc) I also have a personal trainer who I see 3 times a week.
