Outdoor Honors

I won MVP for my high school track team my sophmore and junior years and i also placed 4th in the 800m at sectionals and 6th in the 400m at sectionals as a sophmore.

Outdoor Additional

i have not ever trained real hard during the offseason because there is no one there to train me but this year i have a personal trainer and expect my best times ever and i am interested in running both cross country and indoor track for any college which offers me a scholarship.I would run indoor track and cross country now but my high school does not have these programs. I am willing to do any training i am told and i will always work hard. off season training tips would be helpful, and any workouts to increase a quicker stride.
