Personal Highlights

I am the only child of Carla Weatherly. I have a 6’5” half-brother who played @ GA Southern. I have a 6’5” cousin who plays football @ Tuskegee, Emil Blackmon. First and foremost, I am a student-athlete. I focus on my studies as much as my athletics. I carry a 3.5 GPA and belong to several organizations that are academically-influenced. I’ve been playing football and baseball since the age of 5 and now I play basketball. I’m a laid-back young man with a great sense of humor and I'm very coachable. I love Math, Science and Robotics. As of May 19, 2011, I verbally committed to and will be attending Vanderbilt University after graduation where I will be playing OLB while studying Mechanical Engineering - Robotics. I am also learning Spanish, Chinese and German. I play 6 instruments. Paintball is my game. In November 2010, I joined North Atlanta’s 1st robotics team - the “Warbotz” –as a designer, a programmer, a builder, and driver of the robot. We won the Rookie All-Star award and went to St. Louis, MO for the world championships. I see great things happening for me.
