Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I demonstrate leadership qualities watching my nieces and nephews being their mentor and role model. I also participate in choir helping others find their notes and how to sing louder.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am an excellent student, I am in AP and honors classes and try to maintain a GPA of 4.09. Also, participate in choir and other extracurricular activities. I'm always playing tennis on and off tennis season.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

well, I serve the community by giving to charities, donating money, clothes and toys. I also involve have done things like talent for the troops where you do a performance and people donate and it goes to help the troops. I think these things are important to me because I am able to give someone else something which would give them joy or hope.
