I am currently the setter, but I am allowed to stay in the front row for blocking purposes. Most games, I play setter all around, but some we run a 6-2 when I am not at my best. My goals for this season are to make first team, but also for team to make it to playoffs and possibly go pretty far. Also another goal of mine is for my big middle hitter and I to get scholarships. My weakness to me is that sometimes on defense I don't move my feet even though they move faster than I can think, so that is another goal of mine.

At this aparent time I am ranked in the top five of my class and my GPA is around a 3.75. I am in many accelerated courses and am taking calculus right now. I also participate in U.I.L. activities which include calculator and math. At this time I am on the Academic Decathalon team, but we are not sure if I will be capable of competeing because of basketball. I am currently an A student, but if I do happen to get a B, it is in an accelerated course. So far, I think I am doing pretty well.

Hi, my name is Amberlee DuGosh, and I am an aspiring athlete at Somerset High school. I play just about every sport there is to play at this little school, but I excel in volleyball. Other than volleyball, I also race barrel horses and on the side I show dogs. My academics at Somerset are very high and at this time I am ranked in the top five of my class. In volleyball, I may be little, but I am fierce. I play setter all around, but at my size I am still capable of getting some good blocks.
