Outdoor Additional

I ran most of my season on stress fracture in my navicular bone(located on the top of the foot) which pierced through a rough estimate of 85 percent of the bone.(15 percent from a break) So i was not able to run the 200 and 400 nor compete in long jump because i wanted to make a run for state at the 100 and be as healthy as i could be. That being said, my 100 times including my PR were not what they could have been, so I plan on getting to give my best times next year. Thank you.
