Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Being a part of a team is such a privilege. Being able to help teammates with their positions or even giving them some motivation to carry out the tasks at hand. That is what I do on the field, is help with motivation and I believe that reflects my leadership skills. Off of the field I show exemplary skills and responsibility with my academia, and I help teammates with theirs also, because I want them to learn why their education can make such a difference to them and what they will become in the future.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Exercise is a huge part of maintaining the ability to participate in not only a spot, but in life. Exercising daily is what I believe in and what I do. A diet is a very large part of keeping healthy, that too, I participate in. In golf, a strong mental game is a key to top performance. Learning to control my emotions and thoughts is a part of me being a healthy performing athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in my community with my religious institution. My service there is something that gives me happiness; because I am able to help feed the poor along with participation in carnivals and fundraisers and things. I feel them to be important because they are influential, whether it is a big influence or a small one. I still make a difference.
