Rowing Additional

2011 Season: Freshman Year

-- Started season as the novice coxswain in the Mens 8+ and 4+ "A" boats for season's first regatta (St. Mary's Orchard Lake Regatta)
--Began training with the mens varsity team rowers after St. Mary's Orchard Lake Regatta
-- Promoted by coaching staff to the Mens Varsity Open Weight 8+ and 4+ boats for remainder of season.
-- As a Freshman earned a First Year Varsity Letter in Crew in 2011 -Took state championship on men, womens, and overall.
-- Did not race in Culver and/or Midwest Regatta due to race postponement based on flooding. Therefore did not race in USA National Regatta. Raced in the CSSRA regatta. Overall Team Rank 25th
--I was listed as the priority (head) Coxswain for men by my coach.

2012 Season: Sophomore Year

-- Rockford Placed First at Midwest on the Men's side and Second Men's and Women's points combined.

-- Took state championship on men's points, women's points, and overall points.

-- I was again the priority coxswain for the men's team.
-- I earned my Second Year Varsity letter for my Sophomore year

2013 Season: Junior Year

--Rockford lost about 2-3 weeks of water time because of extreme flooding that went up to and into our boathouse. This set our novice team back in terms of experience. Overall creating a rough start to all of our team points and the team.

--Rockford Men's team took Fourth at Midwest, and Second combined Men's and Women's points. The men's Varsity program actually gained 15 more points than the previous year of winning the championship, but due to the novice having lack of water time we were lacking 50 of our previous years points that came from the novice men's boats.

--At the state championship Rockford Men's team fell just short of becoming state champs again and took second by one point. The Women's team took First and overall Rockford came out on top for the third year in a row.

--I was priority Coxswain on the Men's team for the third year in a row.

--I also was elected by the coaches to be The Head Coxswain for the entire Rockford Crew Program.
--I Received my Third Year Varsity Letter For my Junior Year.
