Personal Highlights

Nick Powell is currently a Junior at Fillmore Central High School in Harmony, MN. Nick is a starting forward/guard on FC's varsity basketball team. His strengths are scoring from the post and in the lane, driving and finishing at the rim, hitting mid-range jumpers, and rebounding. Nick is also agressive on defense, and will give 100% in defending anybody a coach wants him to. Nick can play the wing position but thrives in his mid-range game. Last season, Nick scored 398 points, grabbed 247 rebounds, had 42 steals, shot 59.2% from the field, and shot 58.8% from the line in 26 games. Nick has improved his strength and athleticism in the past off-season and has worked on his perimeter game very hard to become a stronger threat for his team.
