Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I help to keep my team positive and keep them focused on what is ahead. Off the field I try support my teammates with their classes and their problems.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I believe to have a healthy athletic performance you need to be drug/alcohol free.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I help serve my community by being envolved in my local 4-H club. I am the vice president, we pick up trash a long the Beaver Crossing Highway.
