I keep active through out the year by playing softball and training for three seasons spring, summer, and winter. In the winter I snowboard and train to keep in shape. I train through clinics and school programs as well as running and working out by myself or with a friend or fellow player. I am also make sure to eat right and have balanced and healthy meals. These are some ways i maintain a healty athletic performace as a student-athlete.
starting agility and strength training for the winter along with weekly practices, lessons, etc. least can keep playing through winter somewhat.
