Other Academic Information
Head of LINK club at my school. Elected as a VIP student 2 times throughout highschool. Received the Superior award in the Fulton Forums foreign language program for excellent profiency of the Spanish language. Traveled to Argentina during my sophmore year for a cultural experience of the people and customs it has to offer. This trip benefited with experience on the soccer field as I played with several groups of players in various parks throughout the country. The majority of my family is from Argentina. Went to Dallas Cup in 2008, as well as the Disney soccer showcase in Orlando, Florida with my club team, Concorde Fire Elite. Went to a spiritual retreat in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where I learned to serve the Lord, as well as become a better leader through adversity and struggle. This experience has taught me to become more composed as well as relaxed while playing on the pitch.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student-athlete the most important thing to maintain is a proper GPA as well as a vigorous training schedule on and off the pitch. I take care of my classes the way I should so that when it comes time to train for soccer, I am all in. There is no room for worrying about other things while making myself a hard-working athlete. I must be totally focused and in zone for each and every workout and training session. That is why I need to study hard when I'm not practicing, and work even harder when I am. I push myself to be the best that I can be in both areas of my life, and I don't plan to change that motivation throughout the college experience. I am completely dedicated to making myself the all around perfect student in harmony with the perfect athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved with the development of youth soccer players at Georgia Rush, and this is very important to me because I am able to watch young players learn the ways of the game as well as become the future of socccer in our country.
