Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am one of the two team representatives on my club swim team and I am one of the head committee leaders in Key Club.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am very dedicated to my training and eating healthy. I mentally and physically prepare myself before, during, and after practices and meets.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in 2 community oriented groups at my school; they are Key club and Project Possible. I time and work at swim meets and help my teachers when they need extra help. I also help out with the Special Olympics.
