Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was captain of my club soccer team which I played on for 5 years and also on my middle school team. I have been part of ASB for two years. My first year I was freshman class president and my second year I am sophomore class president.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I served at Jacob's Heart which is a cancer support program for children under 18. I understand how important my support and love is for these patients. They go through very hard times and a card filled with care is valued, appreciated, and is exactly what they need to fight through cancer.
