Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

At every practice and game I always give a hundred and ten percent. I always want to play my best and I always look to improve. I believe to the younger students this is a good example on how to play and practice. Off the court I try to make good decisions to remain healthy and so I can keep playing. This sets a good example for others to push themselves to be the best they can whether it's in school or on the court.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Throughout the day and years I have tried to eat healthy while maintaining enough energy to get through rigorous activity. I also don't use any drugs, alcohol, or steroids so I don't damage my body. I remain in shape during the off season by visiting a personal trainer.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have participated in events to help rebuild communities in Owego, New York. I believe giving back to people who may not have the luxuries others have is contributing to making the world better one step at a time. I have also honored the soldiers who have served or country and passed in Afghanistan by placing over 5,000 flags in the ground to represent the brave soldiers who have died to protect our country.
