FRESHMAN: I shared the season with another goalie. Only one loss can be accounted to me in a 2-0 loss to Merion Mercy Academy. Also those were the only two goals that I allowed the entire season . Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in my community in a teen ministry group called ATM. ATM (Annunciation Teen Ministry) is important to me because I believe if you can show younger children that it is cool and fun to participate in church activities they will look up to you and follow in your footsteps. We participate in mass as ushers and we go out into the community volunteering at Special Olympics, visiting shut-ins, and the elderly.
Another group I am involved in is Best Buddies. I believe working with Best Buddies is essential because you learn how to be accepting of all different kind of people. It also shows others that it is ok to be with others that are different than you. It lowers the prejudice barrier and you give off a positive example. We work with the kids, having lunch with them, going to activities, or we just hang out.
