Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Ive inspired players to come out to play lacrosse and I can get the team going when we aren't doing well.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I keep an active life style and stay in shape and make sure to do all my school work on time so I can go out and play.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer in my community. I've volunteer for a lacrosse tournament called the paradise shoot out. I've also volunteered for a non profit golf tournament who's proceeds went all to a charity. This season my team is starting a club team, over the summer, at the local middle school to get younger kids into the sport.
