Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am in a club called Senior Men and i am the person who sets up the events for our club. I am not afraid to speak in front of a group.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water, and i stay above the influence.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

As a member of National Honors Society (NHS), i volunteer for my community and help people in need. It is important to me because i like making a difference in the world and I am glad to say that i'm a positive role model for others.
