Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Our team has a completely new defense and I feel I have kept them well organized as a goalie. Our defense has shown that with each game it has gotten stronger and more experienced.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student athlete by working very hard in my studies. I always make sure I have time to get better at my position in practice and to always be ready on game days.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in a paramedic program in my local community. I help and work beside the paramedics while doing whatever they ask of me. This is important to me because I like to help people in the community and I could not think of a better way to help than by saving lives.
