Wrestling Additional

I began my wrestling career at the age of 4 in Derby, Kansas with the Derby Wrestling Club while my dad was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base. Our club traveled to Oklahoma tournaments early in the season to wrestle out of state competition until our season began in Kansas. Our goal was to place in as many National tournaments as possible and finish with a State Championship.

My dad was then assigned to Fairbanks Alaska where I learned Freestyle and Greco. I wrestled with Team Iceman and Interior Youth Wrestling clubs until I started Junior High School.

I wrestled in 6th grade at North Pole Junior High and finished my 7th and 8th grade seasons at Eielson Middle School.

My father was then assigned to MacDill AFB in Tampa Florida. We moved to Brandon Florida to join the Brandon High School Wrestling team. My freshman year I played football and wrestled on the JV team and was undefeated. My sophomore season I played football and was a varsity wrestler but wrestled JV matches and was undefeated. I often wrestled up two weight classes. I was recognized as defensive player of the year for my football team.

My family now again changed military stations to the United Kingdom. I wrestle for Lakenheath High School and travel throughout Europe competing with Department of Defense and international high school teams. I just finished my last season and managed to take first at the DODD European Championships

I have devoted 13 years of my life to Wrestling and Football and can see no other future than competing with the best in the country at the College level.
