Camden Braes golf course (primary course) Loyalist Golf and Country Club (secondary course) | Odessa, Ontario, Canada | AL | - | - |
The highlight of my golf career so far has been the Chase the Dream qualifier at Smugglers Glen golf course in Gananoque Ontario. The top 3 finishers in the Chase the Dream event would go onto to play in the Canadian Professional Tour Event, the Great Waterway Classic. I shot a 70 at the Chase the Dream and tied for first place with 3 other players. The CPGA allowed all 4 of us to advance to the Great Waterway Classic. I was one of only 5 amateurs in a field of 150 professional players. In the first round I shot 75 and the second round I shot 72. Missed making the cut by a mere 5 shots.....learned so much playing with professionals it was the experience of a lifetime ! |

I have been playing golf cross handed since I was a child. When I was 2 I picked up a blue plastic golf club and just held it that way. As the years went by and my dad saw how well I hit it he decided not to change it, and it has been that way ever since.
I am the oldest of 10 children, 3 of my younger brothers are golfers and my father has golfed since he was a young teen, and he is the only coach I have ever had.
I have a green belt in karate, and have been volunteering at the childrens karate class. I help teach small groups of children under 12 karate, sparring, self defence etc. I have been in karate since I was 9 and have been helping teach it since I was 14.
