IMG Academy has more current game film and understanding of my role and game play and ALSO MY SENIOR NIGHT:
Here is my Scouts focus Evaluation by Joe Davis: Jordan Jackson, a 2014prospect is a phenomenal all-around player with impressive old school skills and an arsenal of tactics. His real charm lies in his skilled finishing around the basket, which never seems to be monotonous. His style is varied, he has a strong finish and a great right hand that never fails on his defensive and offensive play. His mobility on the court and rebounding ability makes him even more dangerous for his opponents. He is eligible for scholarships..
I would like to share more about myself:
I am a driven student athlete who is motivated in the classroom. I work hard at getting better in the classroom and continually work on keeping my average up. It has been tough to take on new schools, but I keep working hard to keep up my grades. I will be taking the SAT in June 2014 to raise my scores even higher.
I am a leader and a mentor, both roles are key for me as an athlete, I am dedicated to the sport and able to motivate other players.
I'm big yet I'm also a reserved individual and that's how I like to play, I'm a gentle giant but I have been told that I play like many quieter "bigs" in the past. I am a different force on the court. I am a dedicated athlete I continually work on improving my own performance and at the same time motivate my teammates to train harder and compete more intensely. I dedicate my life to this game, I continually strive to improve my game by playing and training 7 days a week. I am also versatile in my positioning on the court I can play small, power, post and have played point guard when my team needed.
I am hoping to take my passion for the game to the next level and play college ball and I look forward to speaking with coaches who see my potential.
I bring a strong influence to my team, I watch out for others and promote a healthy balance of good behavior through mentoring , with a balance of humility. In this sport I come across many egotistical talented individuals, however my goal is to share my own values and lead by example.
In my life my I prioritize my academics, athletic participation and family and above all my religious beliefs. It is important to keep balance in my life so I keep and open mind and stay focused. I spend most of my free time working on my game at the local YMCA and military base gym, or with my trainer . Also In my free time I enjoy spending it with my family, especially my younger brother and being a mentor to him and showing him the game. To keep my mind and spirit healthy, I keep positive influences around me and surround myself with friends who support me.
