Last year was my first year doing track and field. I have increased height, weight and vertical jumping distance exponentially this year. I have spent countless hours swimming thousands of yards on the Varsity swim team and well as countless hours in conditioning class and the gym. EXPECTATIONS THIS YEAR 2013=FENOMINAL
