Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I am a total team player and would sacrifice most anything to what's best for the team. In the classroom, I'm dedicated to my work. I always do the best that I can. After school, I stay out of trouble.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I always try to encourage all teammates, and am a positive influence on the team. From my Christian perspective, I try to always do what is right in the eyes of God. Be respectful to all people on the field, and in the stands, and by being respectful to myself as well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

My youth group is very important to me. Going to ther service projects are truly a blessing to me, not only I get to help them by building houses for them, painting, or just random things they need us to do, but they help me by realizing how blessed I am.

Today I cracked my index fingernail on my throwing hand. Blood is underneath my fingernail. It should be 1-3 weeks before the pain goes away, but it's 4-6 months before the fingernail is totally...
