Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Member of the Howard County Drug Free Teen Advisory Council. With other members of the teen advisory council, I provide a youth perspective to the staff and Board of Directors of Howard County Drug Free to increase the effectiveness of HC Drug Free's programs, newsletters, websites and other services. I also help to develop programs for my fellow high schoolers, newsletters, articles, website and brochures. This is important to me because I see so many of my classmates drinking, smoking and doing other things that are illegal and potentially very dangerous and I want to try to help them not make these bad decisions. These bad decisions may lead to harmful consequences and ruin their chances in college and their future.
