Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was told by my coach that anytime he is unable to be at practice or a match, that I am to take the reigns and be the coach. In 4-H I am the county president and have been going to Leadership conferences the past 2 years.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am active throughout the year so my physical health is quite good. I follow all ethics of every sport I play and I have never cheated in anyway, shape or form.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am currently involved in 4-H and Interact Club. With those clubs I have been able to do Leadership committees, town works projects and highway dedication cleanup.
