Leading by example is how I demonstrate leadership. Most of my teammates look at me as a leader because I try my best at every task I am given. Doing that makes my teammates better because seeing someone working hard makes them want to try work even harder. Off the field I try to have good camaraderie with my teammates so on the field we perform as one not individuals. Outside of school I try to present myself well to other people so If I am ever asked about I am not just another person to them. Also to adults I try to present a well educated young man who respects everyone around him.
I try to maintain a healthy diet by consuming a lot of protein and I of water. Before workouts I usually try to warm up then stretch in order to dwindle any chance of getting seriously injured.
In my community I am involved on many charities. The charity I am most involved in is called Friends Giving Back, which does a many things for the community such as feeding families in need, doing back pack drives, shop for clothing to give to kids who need it and much more. I believe that in doing those things it helps me become a better person.
