Personal Highlights

I have been playing competitive fast pitch softball since I was 7 years old. I play for the KC Skinners 16A team, out of Kansas City, Missouri. I play varsity softball for Maysville High School.
My positions on the field include: Catcher / Shortstop / Utility. I can bat both right and left, and can hit with power from both sides of the plate, however have concentrated on the left side of the plate this past year, to take advantage of my speed. My batting average increased 84 points this past year, since concentrating on the left side. (see 2014/2015 KC Skinner stats). I also slap hit and bunt from the left side. I love running the bases, and consider myself an above average base runner. I pitch at times in high school.

Freshman year highlights:
• 3 sport varsity athlete as a freshman (Softball, Basketball and Track.)
• Varsity softball starter & voted "Rookie of the Year" by coaches & players.
• Academic All-Conference in Softball and Basketball.
• All-District Track.
• All-State Track.
• Placed 5th overall in the Missouri State Track Finals in 400m dash.

My desire is to succeed in academics, sports, and life. I always give full effort in everything I do. I am always wanting to improve as a player and student. My desire to succeed is what drives me. I cannot stand losing, however I always encourage my team mates, no matter what the score is. I think of my team mates as my family. I am looking to further my education after high school at a college where I can continue to play and work hard at the sport I love....Softball.! Come see me play in and around the Kansas City, and Maysville Missouri areas. Thank you!
