Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader on and off the court first because I am a captain of tennis and I will be one of the captains of cross country next year. I provide leadership for the younger kids on the team by being a good role model and trying my best to help my teammates and myself to get better each and every day of cross country.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I hope to pursue a healthy athletic performance by working my hardest at everything I do. I will put in the hours that other athletes will not to get better and reach my full potential. I will work hard in the classroom and on the court and will be very dedicated to the team and my schoolwork.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am envolved I service through our 48 hours hours of service that we are required to do every year. I also have been involved in workcamp which we go to a different state every year and help people with roofing and painting there houses. This helps me to realize how lucky I am am and much these people need my help because they are usually in poor neighborhoods. I have double lettered in service two times which means that I have done 48hours or more of service in one school year.
