Softball Honors

Made the varsity team as an 8th grader and earned a jv and varsity letter. As a Freshman I was able to earn another Varsity letter playing second base and left and right field.

Softball Additional

This year I pretty much played every position. We had people miss games and coach asked me if I would be comfortable moving here or there and I always said sure. I enjoyed getting the opportunity to play and learn more positions. I have been working on my hitting to hopefully be able to have the opportunity to play college softball.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the sport. I don't feel I have reach my full potential. With the right school and coaching staff I know I can be an asset to the team.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I always encourage my teammates, not only varsity but JV also. As athletes I feel we are held to a higher standard and need to do things right so we don't make our team or school look bad.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer with the YWCA for their Halloween House of Wonders. It is put on so families less fortunate can come and enjoy a free day of snacks and the kids get treats and even to see Santa.
