On Friday, February 21st, 2014, I reached the rank of Ultimate Eagle in the Watterson Weight room. It is a combination of Big Eagle Club and 300 Club all done in a single workout. I am the first Junior to reach this club in my class.
Big Eagle requirements:
1x Power Clean (205 lbs)
1x Dead Lift (315 lbs)
1x Front Squat (205 lbs)
1x Back Squat (255 lbs)
1x Over Head Press (115 lbs)
5x 1 arm Bench Press- each arm (70 lbs)
1x Power Clean + Jerk (165 lbs)

300 Club requirements:
100 Push-ups
100 Over Head squats w/ PVC pipe
100 Hanging Knees to chest w/ 6 lbs medicine ball
