Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Playing ice hockey in college has always been my dream since my early days playing the sport, when my father used to tell me all about his experiences playing in college. I want to be able to represent my school while pursuing a higher education.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a member of the National Honor Society and strive to aid my community through various events from fundraisers to clean up days. These events are important to me because they help to personify the youth in the community as people that are willing and dedicated to giving back to the place that they call home.
