Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am one of five seniors on the team. We all work together to lead our team in different ways. I am the tough love, push you until you succeed girl. I need to see productivity at practice so it pays off in the game. The team looks to me for strength and leadership when people are down. I am a former cheerleader so I have a lot of spirit and positivity as well. Outside of the pool, I am the girl in our friend group who will always be straightforward with the truth in a positive way.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Balancing school, sports, and a social/ family life is very difficult today. I have a good head on my shoulders which allows me to keep on the path I belong on. being "healthy" not only means eating right, but pushing yourself to be the best you can be. I make time for homework, friends, and of course water polo without going insane.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
