Junior season ended early with an injury, put on muscle mass and got better than ever. Max squat is 500 lbs. I lift every day. I'm a Captain this year. I am always looking for ways to improve and work my hardest no matter what.

Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I always try to lead by example. I also helped with saving the soccer team at school, I brought in people for the wrestling team. I am a leader for the confirmation classes at my church. I am the captain of the wrestling team this year.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Lifting and running are big parts of my daily schedule. I use any extra free time I have to get in an extra workout or watch film to try to improve. I make sure to drink the right amount of water and take in the right amount of protein and vitamins. I do not drink soda.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I help with the confirmation classes at my church, I enjoy volunteering my time to help people who need help, before my neighbor moved I used to shovel the snow for her, for 2 years I helped with a horse riding organization for people with special needs
