Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Vice president of Teens Taking Action Ohio
Buckeye Girls State
ALA Girls Nation
Secretary of SWOH HOBY
Founder of Cupcakes for Camp (raising over $10,000 )
Member Of Women in Business Networking
DECA Member

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat right, workout and do not put anything in my body that would or could negatively affect my ability to play sports.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I currently have over 1,200 hours hours of service. I founded my own organization at the age of 11 to help send kids to summer camp with epilepsy.
I have received 7 medals from the president of the United States
I was named most decorated teen in the state of Ohio

Giving back is very important to me. Being diagnosed with epilepsy at 11 I learned how we all need each other and need to work together. As a disabled student there are stereotypes about ability and I have fought hard to prove them wrong by triple Varsity lettering in Cheer, Dance and Hockey while maintaining a strong GPA.
