AllStars, Swim Program, 2014- I volunteer for this program to teach kids with Down's Syndrome to swim. This program is incredibly rewarding for me to be able to use my not only my swim experience but my personal skill to teach, encourage and motivate these kids and cheer them to the finish of their official race

680 Drivers Water Polo,2014- I help Coach the 12U and 14U age groups by working on skills with them the water. I love being a role model and mentor for these kids. At their age I looked up to the "older" players who coached at my practices and I really enjoy showing these kids how hard work and commitment pays off.

Link Crew, SRVHS 2014- Selected as a Link Crew Leader, Assigned a group of Freshman at orientation to welcome, tour and be a liaison to school for their first year. I was excited to be chosen for this role. I really liked my Link Crew leader as a freshman and remember how her being an upperclassman, just saying "hi" to me in the halls made me feel good. I wanted to be that person for new Freshman at SRV.

IMPACT, SRVHS 2014- I travel to Middle Schools in the area to serve as a Mentor and Role Model for younger kids. I spend time with them answering their questions about high school and promoting all the ways to be involved and make the most of your HS. Being part of IMPACT has been great. I have a sister 2 years younger and due to my Water Polo Coaching and Reffing I know several middle school. I enjoy coming to their Campus as an SRV Ambassador and telling them all about ways to be involved and have a great High School Experience.
