Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have been playing tennis since i was 8. Everyone in my family plays and it's always been a dream of mine to be a college athlete. I would love nothing more than to play tennis in college while getting an education.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have two half brothers, 7 and 8. The 8 year old has special needs and plays softball. I love going and helping out with his games when i don't have work and the 7 year old is in Cub Scouts. I enjoy helping both of them out and i try to be a good leader to them at home and at school. I enjoy being an energizer to the tennis team and i always give 110% on the court to be the best teammate i can possibly be and further our chances of winning.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
