Baseball Honors

As an 8th grader my son started and was a 2nd team utility player in his district. As a freshman, he received an award for 2nd team all district in fielding. His batting average his freshman year was in the upper 300's. His coach has told him that he can make it to a big college and play D1 baseball if he keeps working hard. Next year he will be entering his sophomore year in high school. It was evident even at an early age that he had a special gift and would excel and go as far as he wanted in this sport. He has passion like I've never seen and it's been a joy watching him play. He has a positive attitude and has always been a natural encourager to his teammates which has set him apart from most.

Baseball Additional

As a sophomore, Peyton had the highest BA on the team (.488). He also received first team all district. He did very well at shortstop this year, and made some very nice plays. He also received first-team all pitcher in his district.
