Personal Highlights

ASB COSA

Next year, at Foothill High School, I have been elected as the Association of Student Body Commissioner of Student Affairs Representative. This means that I will be in charge of all school-wide student activities such as homecoming, rallies, and every spirit week or school wide activity. It is a lot of work, but I am ready to tackle anything that comes my way. I am excited to represent Foothill in a way that betters the school and myself.

Peer Advocates

I am apart of Peer Advocates which is a peer counseling, anti-bullying, student run club at Foothill that works with students to better our school's social climate, as well as working with students to work out any problems he/she might be experiencing. Every semester we give presentations in the math classes, which allows us to connect with a majority of people at a deeper level. Peer advocates allows me to form relationships with people of all walks of life at Foothill, as well as learning certain tactics to help others feel more welcome and happy at school.

Castlewood Country Club

Over the last 3 years, I have been a Junior Swim coach for the Castlewood Barracuda's swim team. Being on the team for more than 13 years, I understand what it takes, and how I could better the program as well as myself. I enjoy working with parents, kids, coaches others and being apart of such a strong program.

Boys Team Charity

Since Freshman year, I have been involved in Pleasanton's unit of Boys Team Charity. Boys Team Charity is a non-profit organization that involves high school students in the volunteering community. Boys Team Charity allows me get a better look into the community, as well as understanding those who might not be as fortunate as us.

Blue Crew

At Foothill High School, I was named the only Junior to Foothill's "Blue Crew". The "Blue Crew" are the people delegated to lead the student cheering section during sporting events. We play a vital role in school spirit as well as creating a friendlier environment at the school. We work closely with administration which takes on a lot of responsibility, but it is good to know they can rely on us.
