Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I coach the beginner and intermediate divers on my club team 2 to 3 times per week. I lead them in warm up exercises and then coach them on both 3m and 1m. I have taught many of our new divers some new voluntary dives on my own. In some ways, I feel like helping instruct the younger/newer divers on the correct hurdle and take off from the board, makes me more aware in my own diving.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer at the YMCA and Habitat for Humanity. I also am a member of Operation Eternal Gratitude for our Soldiers. We send care packages and plan fundraisers to send overseas to the soldiers actively serving. I also volunteered and participated in the Travis Manion 5k run in Doylestown.
