Personal Highlights

I am a serious academic student, that loves Football. This is my Senior season and I will graduate in June of 2018. I am the starting Center and call the O-Line blocking schemes for our team. At mid-season we are 5-1 and are strong contenders for a championship ring. I am hoping to go to a four-year college and earn a degree while playing football. I believe and hope my 3.88 GPA and playing skills will help me achieve my goals. I consider myself adaptable to where a team needs me to play. My SAT score of 990 is from my Junior year. Thank you for reading this and please feel free to contact me, my FB Head Coach and my HS counselor.

Started at Center Junior year (2016) Benched 285/Squat 375 at age 17, Benched 245 lbs at age 15. A Sophomore Offensive Starter at Blind Side Tackle, the 2015 season saw Liam get substantial playing time as a Fullback on a JV team that went undefeated. I was the JV Team's 2nd leading rushing scorer starting the season with a 6 yard per run average. I ended the season with an average of over 4 yards per carry dragging defensive players into the End Zone. I am a "brawny" muscular type. Played well at DT as well, being double-teamed the majority of the time. I consider myself to be disciplined, determined & tenacious team player that has a mindset of getting the best of a play. He is a member of a championship team that has been undefeated for four (4) straight seasons. I take coaching, never an attitude, have a work ethic and the willingness to motivate teammates. After JV season was over, I was one of only 7 players to be called up to Varsity during post-season play. Sophomore season, playing Blindside Tackle, a run play, I scooped up QB's fumble and ran the ball for a TD. I appreciative for feeling the respect by teammates, coaches and teachers. I believe you have to compete in the classroom as well as on the field. I see myself as "self-starter" that comes early to the field ("Early-Outs" program) ready to work towards getting better. I am ne of the last off the practice field. In my role as a starter for every year for our team, I play every down. I am always looking to further a play to the team's advantage, always looking for the ball. Currently working out with Long Snapper trainer & RB trainer. When coaches are speaking, I have my eyes on you.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the sport, the work ethic inspired by my folks, I love my team & coaches. I want all of us to succeed. I have played a core team since Jr. High that knows what it takes to comeback and win when down. We are 35-0. I always play for the win. I, along with my team, am determined to win on and off the field. I have very good grades and respect my teachers and coaches.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Coached "Little Gridiron" camps (2 months for elementary school FB players), modeling patience and skills, & encouragement. I like kids.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Off-season training in strength, FB & center/long snapping. Don't drink soft drinks. Lots of water. I aim to be a great performer and will do what it takes. I take coaching well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
