Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader to my fellow peers. I love to lead by example and not by words, because I feel as if I try to lead by words than that can create conflict. I lead by example by doing everything I can to get better and also do my best in everything I do. An example of this is making my highschool's varsity team. In the classroom, I lead by example because I also give my best effort. I again like to lead by example. In 8th grade I was one of a handful of kids who was a recipiant of the GEM list (Great Effort Marks). I give a lot of effort and try to do my best in everything I do.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in my school's community service club. This club does many things such as raise money for charity, and is a frequent participant of the special olympics. I love doing this because it gives me a chance to help those who aren't as fortunate as me and also I want to let kids who don't normally feel like they are making a difference, feel as if they are making a difference and is apart of something special.
