Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the court I have demonstrated leadership by being the 2014 girls varsity captain and I was also athlete of the week as nominated by my coach for showing leadership and determination. Additionally, I believe I demonstrate leadership off the court by assisting my coach during our summer tennis program at Norwin. During the summer I work Monday - Friday from 8 - 11 teaching school - aged kids how to play tennis. This goes from the end of the school year into the beginning of the next school year.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

During high school and middle school I participated in a number of community service activities, the activities and number of hours for each activity are as follows:
Norwin Rams Cheerleading Coach - 95 hours
Norwin Summer Tennis Coach - 168 hours
Race for Grace Setup Volunteer - 3 hours
Saint Agnes Vacation Bible School - 30 hours
