This team plays in the Premier League in Southern Gauteng and is ranked as one of the top clubs in the League. The Wanderers Ladies Team is currently in their league playoffs for League Honours. The Wanderers Ladies Team finished the year in 3rd position in Premier League.

Megan is about to enter her Grade 11 year at St Mary's High School for Girls in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Megan has been a provincial field hockey player since she was 12 years old, making a provincial side each year since then (2014 - U16A Southern Gauteng, 2013 - U16B Southern Gauteng, 2012 - U14A Southern Gauteng, 2011 - U13A Southern Gauteng). The Southern Gauteng province is one of the strongest in South Africa, and this year, were in the finals of the National tournament.

Megan has played provincial indoor hockey since she was 12 years old. Each year playing in the National tournament. She is about to play in the National tournament in Cape Town where she will represent the Gauteng Gryphons U16A team. She has played in the following teams: 2014 - Gryphons U16A, 2013 - Gryphons U16A, 2012 - Gryphons U15A, 2011 - Gryphons U14A, 2010 - Gryphons U13A.
This team is usually one of the strongest at the tournament, and usually makes it to the finals of the tournament.

Megan was selected for a National High Performance Camp in 2011 where she was identified as a possibility for the Junior World Cup/Olympic team.

Megan is involved in various Community Service initiatives at St Mary's. She has also attended a Community Service camp in which they were responsible for cleaning and clearing vegetation at a small rural local school and at the camp itself. They helped clear rivers and planted indigenous plants.
She has also helped at a crèche in the township areas of Johannesburg.
Megan helps on a weekly basis at the mini-hockey section of the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg.
All of these are voluntary.
