Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I push everyone to give 100℅ and to never give up until the job is done I enforce this on myself the most. Off the field I am a scholar student and whenever my friends need any type of help I am more than happy to assist them. I try to explain to them the best solution for their problem, but the most important is leading by example. This is why I'm always on my best behavior because I know that when my peers see that they will also want do good.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

In order for me to stay healthy and be able to perform at the peak of my game; I must first start with a healthy diet. I try my best to eat healthy, although it can be difficult. The next thing I like to do is workout every week. Working out is important so that I continue to build muscle and get stronger. I also stretch daily so that I maintain flexibility. Finally I study my sport at least twice a week and find things I can improve on. The mental part of the sport is just as important as the physical!

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

On my spare time I like to help my elderly neighbors do things that they aren't able to do such as racking and mowing. I also move so heavy items for then sometimes. I help the homeless whenever I can and donate money.
