Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Being a student athlete can take away a lot of the extra time other students may have, but time must always be made to stay healthy physically and mentally. Eating healthy is the most important thing in my opinion because no athlete can preform to their best after eating fries and a hot dog. The ones who eat protein, vegetables, and drink lots of water will always come out on top. Taking physical training to the next level is what will make an athlete more noticeable than the other. Training and eating properly with much determination is what will get me as an athlete to the next level.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have recently started to go around the community looking for ways i could contribute to help. I have started volunteering at a local cat shelter C.A.R.E.S. cleaning, feeding, and socializing the cats getting them ready for adoption. Animals have always been important to me, so if I could make a handful of cats happy by coming to see them every week I will do so with pride. Also, my fist training opportunity will happen January 15/15 to be a part of the GoGirl program. It involves talking to a group of young girls about healthy living and keeping positive self esteem. As children get older some may fall in bad paths and I will do anything in order to try and keep them safe and healthy.
