Living a healthy athletic performance is more than just about training. Your body needs nutrition, hydration, and rest to keep functioning everyday. I have a balance of everything I do 3 sports, swim, waterpolo, and wrestling. It keeps me active so im not just sitting at home doing nothing. My meals normally contain carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. A combination of everything enhances your preformances daily.
I volunteer at a food pantry with my mom. We would make food bags to give to the people that may not be as fortunate as us. It's important to me because I get to see the smiles on their faces knowing that they are being taken care of and it makes me feel even better knowing that I'm helping people in my community.
