Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a representative of the boys of my high school voted into office with 12 other boys. I was named captain of my lacrosse team for the past three years.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue a healthy athletic performance through a number of various ways! I am dedicated to bettering myself everyday! Not only physically but mentally as well! I love to learn and adapt to new environments and further my knowledge for all genres of learning! I give 110% on and off the field, and I promise you will not regret me.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am in a school office called boys federation that helps out not only our school, but community as well. Whether it be from various community service projects, building fundraisers, or organizing and scheduling events.
